iniva - Freelands

AoR worked with iniva to support their organisational development which was funded by the Freelands Foundation between 2022 and 2025. The work focused on organisational mapping and review, expanding sustainable reach, and transforming core programmes and how these work strands contribute to iniva’s aims and ambitions. We also supported embedding reflective learning and improving data collection to support evidencing impact.
